01 Definitions & Interpretations

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "EUWin" or "Platform" refers to the website and all services operated under the domain euwin.ws, including all subpages, mobile applications, and related services.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account with EUWin.
• "Account" refers to the unique registered profile owned by each member to access EUWin's services.
• "Account Funds" refers to the MYR (RM) balance held in a member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, free spins, or other benefits granted by EUWin to members subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "Transaction" refers to any deposit, withdrawal, wager, or other financial activity carried out within a member's account.

All official EUWin communications to members will be made in Bahasa Melayu or English. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the original, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use EUWin's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Aged 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. EUWin takes the protection of minors and underage users very seriously.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident physically located in Malaysia while using the platform.
• Not currently restricted or prohibited from participating in online gambling activities by any applicable law or court order.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not acting on behalf of any third party.

Upon registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and in full: full name (as per your identity card), an active Malaysian mobile number, a valid email address, and your identity card number (MyKad). EUWin reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may request supporting documents such as a copy of your MyKad or bank statement.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) EUWin account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that will result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds therein without prior notice.

03 Account Policy

Your EUWin account is personal and may not be transferred to any other party. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any losses or liabilities arising from unauthorised access.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password strictly confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation.
• Report to EUWin support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your password has been compromised.
• Update your personal information whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and email address used for verification.

EUWin shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure. If you forget your password, please use the "Forgot Password" function available on the login page. EUWin will not disclose your account information to any third party unless required by law or a valid court order.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions at EUWin are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). EUWin supports the following local Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

For withdrawals, the minimum amount is RM50 and processing times are 5–15 minutes for regular members and under 5 minutes for VIP members. EUWin does not charge any transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond EUWin's control.

EUWin reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing until the identity verification (KYC) process is fully completed, particularly for first-time withdrawals or those exceeding RM5,000. All withdrawals will be credited to the same account used for the deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

EUWin offers members a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions, including a welcome bonus of up to RM500, weekly cashback, baccarat rebates, and special festive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries a rollover requirement that is clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. For example, a 20x rollover means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotional terms. Wagers placed on ineligible games will not count towards meeting the rollover requirements.
• EUWin strictly prohibits the use of low-risk betting strategies (such as two-sided betting or low-value wagering) to fulfil rollover requirements. Such violations will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Each member is only entitled to claim each type of bonus once unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• EUWin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on EUWin are subject to the game-specific rules applicable to each game type — whether slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports), or lottery. EUWin's general betting rules are as follows:

• Bets that have been placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified except under technical circumstances permitted by EUWin.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, EUWin will review the game logs and resolve any disputes based on recorded server data.
• EUWin uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent auditing body for all casino games to ensure fairness.
• Sports Betting odds are accurate at the time they are displayed and may change as events unfold. EUWin reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots), or employ any other unauthorised means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

07 Responsible Gaming

EUWin is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become a problem that negatively impacts their personal and financial lives. To help members stay in control, EUWin provides the following tools and resources:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a maximum limit on how much you can deposit within a chosen period via your account settings.
• Betting Limit: Set a maximum amount that can be wagered in a single gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 12 months.
• Permanent Exclusion: For members who need serious assistance, EUWin offers a permanent self-exclusion option that cannot be reversed once activated.

08 Security & Privacy

By registering with EUWin, you consent to EUWin processing your personal data for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and KYC compliance.
• Processing of financial transactions and fraud prevention.
• Delivery of customer support services.
• Sending marketing communications (subject to your consent).
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

EUWin reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Holding multiple accounts or using another person's identity information.
• Bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Use of unauthorised software, bots, or automation tools to exploit the platform.
• Requests from Malaysian law enforcement authorities.

If your account is closed due to a violation, all funds in the account may be forfeited depending on the outcome of EUWin's internal investigation. Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact EUWin support, and any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the review.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, EUWin, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of the EUWin platform.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by members based on information provided by third parties.
• Any damages arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

EUWin's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total funds held in that member's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the liability.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the EUWin platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, graphics, interface designs, text, software, and source code, is the exclusive intellectual property of EUWin and is protected under Malaysian copyright law.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any EUWin content without prior written permission from EUWin. Unauthorised use of the name "EUWin" or any related trademarks for commercial purposes is a serious violation that will result in legal action.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the EUWin platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

By using the EUWin platform, you acknowledge and agree that your use of EUWin's services is for personal entertainment purposes only, and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your participation in online gambling activities is lawful under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
